The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) course is the ideal qualification to get your IT career up and running.  The certification from the course is industry recognized around the world.

The course is split into two halves.  The first half will enable you to take exam 70-271 which will qualify you as a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Once you have completed the first exam you can then go on to take exam 70-272 to become qualified as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

The MCDST certification is the industry standard around the globe for Help Desk and Support Technicians.  Being a qualified Support Technician offers a fantastic profession with big earning potential.
