Study Details

Your course is made up of 3 different study units.  During your studies you will complete a total of 14 assignments.  Completing the assignments provides both you and your tutor with details of your progress and assists the tutor in providing feedback and assistance.

In order to complete the Desktop Support Certificate you are required to sit 1 online exam which will be sat at a local test centre.

The average student manages to complete the course within approximately 120 hours of study time.

Note: The minimum computer hardware requirements for this course are;

• CD-ROM
• 1GHz or faster processor Pentium III recommended
• 1GB RAM or higher
• 15GB of available hard disk space for installation
• This course is written for Windows 7 Ultimate version – it can be done with Windows lower versions, but not all tasks can be completed
